Ahmed Abdelsamad is a Senior Legal Consultant in the Dispute Resolution team of Law House and specializes in commercial and civil litigation and arbitration matters. He handles a wide range of cases relating to banking and finance (conventional & Islamic), insurance, construction, bankruptcy, real estate, rental and labor disputes. Ahmed is known for his strategic input in advising clients, particularly tailoring their needs and goals in a well-structured manner to achieve the best possible outcome for the client and the particular matter at hand.

As a dispute resolution professional, Ahmed has extensive experience in providing legal advice to our clients in his areas of expertise. Ahmed is well versed with the UAE local courts procedures and has an in-depth understanding of the construction corporate and commercial laws of the UAE and their practical application. He has meticulous attention to detail.

Ahmed is an Egyptian qualified lawyer and is registered as a legal consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department since 2016 with an overall experience of 21 years. Prior to joining Law House Ahmed worked in Egypt in several leading law firms and as an in-house counsel for a multinational company.

Ahmed holds an LL.B. as well as a Diploma in International Arbitration from Ain Shams University in Egypt.
