Emad is a widely respected lawyer with professional experience in commercial transactions, with a specific focus on the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, hotel leasing agreements, branded residential developments, and management and licensing agreements. Emad has negotiated, re-negotiated, litigated, arbitrated, and advised on more than 200 hotel management and franchise agreements during the course of his carrier.
