Fouad is an Egyptian qualified lawyer registered with the Egyptian Bar Association as of December 2013 and possesses more than 6 years of experience in the UAE. As a Legal researcher at Shaikha AlMehrzi’s Advocates and Legal Consultants, he is well versed in Dubai local courts procedures and has experience in civil, commercial and criminal matters, where he supports the litigation department in all procedural and administrative aspects. He mainly supports civil and commercial execution-related matters by ensuring that the execution processes followed by the litigation department are up to date and conform to the latest laws and regulations, ensuring clients’ interests are met. He also follows up with the litigation department on criminal matters and is well versed in opening criminal complaints and submitting the related applications on the Dubai and Federal public prosecutor systems. Fouad holds a Bachelor of Laws from Alexandria University, Egypt since 2013.
