Fouad is an Egyptian qualified lawyer registered with the Egyptian Bar Association since December 2013 and possesses more than 6 years of experience in the UAE. He is well versed in Dubai local courts procedures and has experience in civil, commercial and criminal matters where he handles all the procedural and administrative aspects before the courts and dispute settlement bodies, including the Rental Disputes Settlement Center in Dubai.

He handles execution matters relating to civil and commercial court judgements by ensuring that all the execution processes are followed and completed in the best interests of the matter at hand and to the satisfaction of the client.

He pursues and follows up on criminal matters and is experienced in opening criminal complaints and submitting the related applications on the Dubai and Federal public prosecutor systems and follows up on the same.

Fouad holds a Bachelor of Laws from Alexandria University since 2013.
