Mohamed is an Egyptian-qualified lawyer. He holds an LL.B. from Zagazig University in Egypt and is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association since 2004 and registered Egyptian Courts of Appeal since 2011.
Until July 2026, Mohamed was a member of Law House’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, having joined the firm in 2014 following previous experience with law firms in Egypt and the UAE. He now works with Law House in an ‘Of Counsel’ capacity, providing specialist support in relation to selected litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Mohamed has extensive experience in UAE court procedures and in handling contentious and non-contentious matters, particularly civil and commercial disputes. His experience includes preparing claims, defences, memoranda, counterclaims and other court submissions, attending expert meetings, assisting with arbitration proceedings and drafting settlement agreements.
His experience spans medical malpractice, construction, employment, insurance, conventional and Islamic banking, contractual claims, tenancy, compensation claims, commercial papers, and the enforcement of contracts and judgments.
