Mohamed is an Egyptian qualified lawyer. He holds an LL.B. from Zagazig University in Egypt and is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association since 2004 and registered before the appellate courts in Egypt since 2011. Mohamed has been working with Law House since 2014 and prior to joining he worked for other law firms in Egypt and the UAE. He is part of the Dispute Resolution team at the Abu Dhabi office of Law House where he handles contentious and non-contentious matters. Mohamed is well versed in UAE local courts procedures, represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings mostly in civil and commercial matters, possesses a vast experience in handling cases before courts and arbitration institutions by preparing and submitting memos, claims and counterclaims, attending expert meetings, drafting settlement agreements., etc. The cases which he handles are mostly related to banking (conventional & Islamic),, insurance, medical malpractice, construction, rental and labor disputes as well as cases in relation to claims and compensation and enforcement of contracts and commercial papers. He also provides clients with legal opinions in various areas of law.
